Exhibition Introduction

Exhibition Theme and Plan:

The 2009 International Crafts Exhibition will join the Contemporary Arts and Crafts Masterwork Exhibition, which is held annually by China Arts and Crafts Association. This year’s exhibition will highlight unique handicraft works and atmosphere from different regions in the world.

Please also bring the materials for decoration of your booth and support the exhibition multicultural atmosphere.

The organizers provide the following services free of charge

l        Free listing in the Exhibition Directory

l        Free one-page advertisement in the Exhibition Directory (for companies who rent more than 2 booths)

l        Cleaning of exhibition area

l        Twenty-four hour on-site security

The organizers provide the following charged services

l        Advertisement in the Exhibition Directory

l        Advertisement on the back of tickets to the exhibition

l        Advertisement on the exhibition free bag

l        Stand construction and dismantling

l        Extra equipments rental

l        Manpower, e.g. receptionist, interpreters

Application Procedure

1.        Fill out the Application Form and return it to the China Arts & Crafts Association Exhibition Organization Office by fax prior to July 20^th，2009.

2.        Upon receiving the Application Form, the organizer will contact the applicants and space allocation will be made. All the payment should be paid once by a bank telegraphic transfer to the organizer. The receipt for bank telegraphic transfer should be faxed to the organizer no later than August 20^th，2009.

3.        Upon receiving the receipt of bank telegraphic transfer, the organizer will send Booth Subscription Confirmation Letter to registered exhibitors.

4.        An Exhibitor’s Manual including information on accommodation, transportation, facilities rental will be sent to all registered exhibitors upon confirmation of their participation.
